The Need for the study of Theology and its relationship to Canon law as a reflection of the first principle in the building of the People of God
Main Article Content
Abstract
The need to study Theology in relation to other sciences, especially with Canon Law, in order to base the construction of the Church and its legislation on the Franciscan basis of Christ as the first ordered principle in a Trinity of relationships that is reflected in the anthropology of people who need the believing community to renew itself continually and thus grow in useful and real presence in the midst of the world. It concludes with an invitation to renew the study of theology from within the Church, which is open to the synodality of listening and commitment to the life of faith.
