Abstract
Resumen: El Instituto Teológico de Murcia OFM es una institución docente e investigadora inserta en la larga y amplia dedicación a la enseñanza de la Provincia Franciscana de Cartagena. Después de una breve historia de su andadura, el artículo expone los principios que conforman la identidad franciscana y, en ella, la justificación de la creación y desarrollo del Instituto Teológico.
Abstract: The Theological Institute of Murcia OFM is a researching and teaching institution that belongs to the Provincia Franciscana from Cartagena with a broad and large dedication to both research and teaching. After a short introduction to its history, the article shows the principles that conform the Franciscan identity and in which a justification for the creation and development of the Theological institute is included.
