CARTHAGINENSIA (ISSN 0213-4381 E-ISSN 2605-3012), published every six months (January and July of each year), was founded in 1985 as an organ of cultural and scientific expression of the Theological Institute of Murcia O.F.M., a Center attached to the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical University Antonianum (Rome). The content of the Journal covers the various areas of knowledge taught in this Center: Theology, Philosophy, Ecclesiastical and Franciscan History of Spain and America, Franciscanism, humanism and Christian thought, and current issues in the field of ecumenism, ethics, morality, law, anthropology, etc.

Número misceláneo de artículos: Este nuevo numero expresa el compromiso que la revista sostiene desde sus comienzos y que muestra que los artículos que componen este volumen giran en torno a una misma inquietud: comprender el mundo desde una mirada que une pensamiento y vida, razón y fe, historia y esperanza. Lejos de constituir un repertorio de temas dispersos, el conjunto ofrece una visión de conjunto sobre el modo en que la teología, la filosofía y la historia se entrecruzan hoy en un esfuerzo común por volver a pensar lo humano. En tiempos de fragmentación y discursos parciales, estas páginas buscan restablecer una unidad del saber que no es uniformidad, sino armonía en la diferencia.
