Abstract
El pensamiento de Scheler ha cobrado especial actualidad a través del concepto de valor. Entre sus obras destaca la titulada Ordo amoris, publicada póstumamente en 1933. El propio título de la obra nos pone en la pista de una posible influencia agustiniana en el filósofo alemán. Acotando el periodo de investigación a su periodo central o cristiano (1912-1922), hemos buscado referencias explícitas e implícitas del filósofo alemán a San Agustín. El resultado es la armación de un cierto agustinismo en Scheler a través de la asunción, con las debidas matizaciones, del concepto de amor
de San Agustín.
Abstract: Scheler´s thought has earned special actuality through the concept of value. Between his works highlights the titled Ordo amoris, published posthumuosly in 1933. The title of the work puts in the track of a possible in?uence of Saint Augustine on the German philosopher. Delimiting the period of investigation to his central or christian period (1912-1922), I have looked for explicit and implicit references of the German
philosopher to Saint Augustine. The result is the afrmation, with the owed clarifies, of a certain influence in Scheler through the concept of love by Saint Augustine.
