Philosophy, poetry and religion: María Zambrano
Main Article Content
Abstract
Among the themes that occupy María Zambrano's work, central is her concern to find a model of thought capable of satisfying the radical questions of the human condition. To this end, she reflects on disciplines, genres, and language resources, the different preferences of historical epochs, and the prestige granted to each field and genre to fulfill the function attributed to it. She concludes that the absolutization of a way of doing philosophy triggers the crisis of contemporary European thought. Nevertheless, she offers the premises of her poetic reason as a methodological alternative to recover the original unity of knowledge that responds to the forgotten character of reality.
